Each Farm Bungalow is designed with 80 m² (861 sq ft) of interior living space, featuring an open-plan living and kitchen area, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Final layouts will be confirmed in the technical plans.
The villas are planned on private plots ranging from 300 to 400 m², with approximately 60 m² of terrace space and 100 m² of private garden. Final dimensions depend on the selected plot.
Each residence is designed to embrace nature, featuring Mediterranean landscaping and the opportunity to incorporate a small private vegetable garden, depending on the plot layout.
The starting price includes a fully finished and fully furnished villa, delivered according to the project's standard specifications, finishes, and furnishing package.
A swimming pool is not included in the standard villa package. Private pools and Jacuzzis may be considered as optional upgrades at an additional cost, subject to technical feasibility and required approvals.
Each villa can be personalized with premium materials, natural stone, and bespoke interior finishes. Selected upgrades are individually quoted and reflected in the final purchase price.
